Do you walk away when things get tough, or do you show up for yourself? Can you face challenge with grace and equanimity? Can you pick yourself back up when you fall? Can you accept assistance? Can you strengthen, and can you soften? Don’t just move through your practice; really take the time to feel it. Watch what comes up. Let go of what isn’t supporting your growth. Work with what is.
